Graffiti Ice Cream (“Graffiti Ice Cream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells digital products and memberships. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is limited and specific.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Digital Products (Art Galleries, ZIP Downloads, Music Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final.
Once your purchase is complete, the files are made available immediately for streaming and/or download. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products except in the limited cases below.
2. Limited Exceptions (We Will Help)
We will provide support, replacement files, or store credit if:
A. Download or Access Failure
If you cannot access or download a digital product due to a technical issue on our side, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will:
- fix the issue, or
- send a replacement link/file, or
- provide store credit if delivery cannot be completed.
B. Corrupted or Incorrect Files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We will:
- replace the file(s), or
- correct the delivery immediately.
C. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same gallery or track twice within a short period, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge or store credit.
3. Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, because access to member content begins immediately.
However, we may issue a refund or partial credit at our discretion if:
- you were charged in error,
- you were unable to access the membership due to a verified technical problem on our side, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time, or
- required by law.
4. No Refunds for These Reasons
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind / no longer wanting the product
- not reading the product description before purchase
- inability to use ZIP files or digital products due to your own device/software
- dissatisfaction with style, color, or artistic preference after download/streaming
- violations of our Terms of Use (including removal of signature/metadata or unauthorized sharing)

- the email used at checkout
- order number
- date of purchase
- a brief description of the problem
- screenshots if available (helpful but not required)
We respond as quickly as we can and will make a good-faith effort to resolve problems fairly.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued purchases after changes means you accept the updated policy.
